When you purchase a product from NEXTerminal, you will automatically receive one years FREE "Telephone support" .
Our technicians are "clever heads" they have worked with thin clients since 1998. We understand and can guide you through any problems that may occur when connecting NEXTerminals to your network.
It is possible to extend Telephone support to 3 years, either at the initial purchase or just before the first year expires.
When registering your terminals in our management module, it is possible to buy extra hardware warranty from the online shop.
